Once your order is placed and processed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure that all information, including your shipping address and item selections, is correct before completing your purchase.

2. Size and Fit

All apparel sizes are based on U.S. standard sizing unless otherwise noted. We make clear notes when products deviate from these standards, so please be aware that sizes follow U.S. standards to choose the correct size. We cannot offer refunds for sizing issues.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us using the form on our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, and we will work to resolve it.
